LASH EXTENSIONS AFTERCARE
First 24–48 Hours (Very Important!)
1. Avoid getting your lashes wet (no shower steam, sweating, tears, swimming, or saunas).
2. Don’t touch, rub, or sleep on your lashes – Let the glue cure fully to avoid shedding.
3. Avoid oil-based products (o oily cleansers, creams, or makeup around the eyes).
Daily & Weekly Maintenance
4. Clean your lashes daily (after 48 hours)
Use an oil-free lash cleanser or diluted baby shampoo. Gently clean with a lash brush or fingertips, then rinse with water. Pat dry with a lint-free towel.
5. Brush lashes gently daily with a clean lash spoolie.
6. Avoid oil-based products & makeup near eyes – Oil breaks down the glue and causes early fallout.
7. Avoid waterproof mascara or eyeliner – They’re hard to remove and can damage the extensions.
8. Don’t rub, pull, or sleep on your face – Use a silk pillowcase and try to sleep on your back.
Touch-Ups & Fills
9. Book a fill every 2–3 weeks – This keeps your lashes full and healthy-looking.
10. Let your lash tech know if you experience irritation – Redness, itching, or swelling could mean an allergy or reaction.
Following these steps will help your extensions last longer, keep your natural lashes healthy, and maintain that beautiful, fresh look!

DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
â—¦ A $20 commitment fee is required to confirm your set appointment date. This goes towards the total balance due at the time of service via Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, cash or card.
â—¦ Once deposit is sent, you will receive a text confirmation right away as well as 24 hours prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder.
RESCHEDULING:
â—¦ We understand life happens! If you need to reschedule, please try to let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

CANCELLATION:

â—¦ Last-minute cancellations or no-show will result in a forfeited deposit. These short-notice changes leave your technician with lost time and no opportunity to book another client. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.

ALLERGIC REACTION:

â—¦ If a client experiences an allergic reaction to the lash extensions, no refunds will be issued, as time, skill, and product costs are involved in completing the set.
â—¦However, we truly care about your comfort and satisfaction. In the event of a reaction, we offer a free lash removal and a 20% discount on your next full set, should you choose to try a different style or return after consulting with a medical professional.
